Friday and Saturday's WOD--Run 201 miles in 30 hours with 11 Friends
Congratulations to all the great CCSO athletes that participated in Hood to Coast 2012 as part of Team Good Game. CrossFit Indomitable athlete Lisa Shipley showed the indomitable spirit of a police athlete when at the end of her second leg of 7 miles in the heat, 2 miles were suddenly added to her leg due to an enormous fire at the Les Schwab in St. Helens. She just charged on. Rumor has it that Lisa is done with running for a while and would like more kettlebell swings and heavy back squats.
We also loved having CrossFit 1850 athletes Tina and Ryan.

Hold plank while waiting for whole team to finish. Yelling (words of encouragement) at anyone not working fast enough from the plank is acceptable.
