• PVC
WOD: FIGHT GONE BAD
THE CIRCUIT:
• Sumo deadlift high pull
• Push press
• Box jumps
• Rowing
• Plank
1 minute per station -- then switch immediately to next station
3 rounds
1-2 minute rest between each round
