Meet upstairs for a warmup of 200 singles of 100 double unders

Move downstairs for the workout

WOD

"Nicole's big sister"

20 minute AMRAP of -

400 meter run
Max rep pull-ups
Max rep hand release push-ups

Do the push ups with intensity. Once you have to pause on the pull ups or push ups, it's time to run.
