Meet upstairs at 1610
PVC Warm up
Then go to the 4th floor roundabout
Run one lap, then do 20 jumping jacks (5X)
Then:
Death by burpees:
First minute 3 burpees
Second minute 4 burpees
Third minute 5 burpees, and so on until failure
Finish workout with some core work (situps, superman, flutter kicks)
