Meet upstairs for the warm up and move downstairs for the WOD
Warm up: Down and Up the west stair well two times.
Do 10 squats at the bottom and 10 push ups at the top of the stairs each time.
WOD
3 Rounds;
15 pull ups
15 med ball sit ups
50 meters weighted overhead lunges 45/25
