Warmup:
PVC stretch, then 3 rounds of:

100 single unders
10 mountain climbers (10 each leg)
10  wall ball shots

WOD:
AMRAP 4 minutes
12 Box jumps
9 pullups
6 power cleans
3 shoulder to overhead press

Rest 2 minutes, then repeat
