Warmup:

PVC Warmup
Plank 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off for 5 minutes (or just hold plank for 5 minutes if you like). 

1 deck of cards:

Clubs: Hand Release Pushups
Spades: Squats
Hearts: KBS 53/35
Diamonds: Situps
Jokers: Run stairs from top to bottom x3
