Meet upstairs at 1610

PVC Stretch

Strength:
5-5-3-3 Bench press

Then go downstairs for WOD:

Start at bottom of west side stairs

Run up and down west stairs times
knees to elbows
5 wall ball shots

Run up and down stairs 3 times
10 knees to elbows
10 wall ball shots

Run up and down stairs 2 times
15 knees to elbows
15 wall ball shots

Run up and down stairs 1 time
20 knees to elbows
20 wall ball shots
