Meet upstairs.
Run to the east stairs, through the lot and back up the west stairs.
By the way, stop at the lower level to to 10 pull-ups, 10 push-ups and 10 squats
Strength
Back squat
5 sets of 10 at 3/4 body weight
WOD

20 Burpees
30 Sit-ups
