WARMUP:
PVC/stretch
WOD #1 -- 3-PERSON WOD
• One person runs up and down 4 flights of stairs.
• One person does kettlebell swings.
• One person does situps.
Rotate exercises each time a set of stairs is finished. Stop when each person has done 2 rounds through all three stations.
Rest 2 minutes, then:
WOD #2 -- PARKING LOT CIRCUIT
• In lower parking-lot gym: Do 50 pushups.
• Run to second floor of parking garage. Do 50 air-squats.
• Run back down to southwest corner of lower parking garage. Do 50 jumping jacks.
• Run back to lower parking-lot gym. Do 25 pullups.
BUYOUT:
400m run
