50 Repetition of the following movements, in order.

Box Jumps
Pull-ups
Kettle bell swings
Walking lunges (each step counts as a rep)
Knees to elbows
Push Press 75/45
Good mornings  45/Scale as needed
Wall Balls
Burpees
Double Unders (or 100 singles)
