We think that maintaining mobility is one of the biggest challenges for law enforcement.  One of the characteristics of our job is that intense physical demands arise with little or no warning and without the opportunity to warm up or stretch. Pursue mobility.  If you watch TV, do it on the floor with a foam roller or a lacrosse ball.  On your rest days do a yoga class or video.
