Meet upstairs at 1610 for warmup

Row 500  meters
2 Rounds in the atrium of:
Toe touches, crab walk, baby elephant, jog

Then head downstairs for the WOD

3 Rounds for time:
20 Deadlifts (185/135)
30 Lateral jump over bar or weight plate (15 each side)
20 Push ups
60 single unders
20 Box jumps
30 Ab mat situps
10 pull-ups
