WOD:

18-minute time cap on:

10 pushups
15 kettlebell swings
20 pushups
15 kettlebell swings
30 pushups
15 kettlebell swings
40 pushups
15 kettlebell swings
50 pushups
15 kettlebell swings

Then:
10 laps of the 4th-floor atrium (about .33 miles, if you're curious)
50 situps
