Meet upstairs at 1610 with the kettlebell of your choice and your pass key.

4 rounds for time of the stair loop running with your kettlebell.  The loop is from indoor gym running east to the east end stairs, down to the exit, down the north side of the building and back into the building at the west end stairs, up the stairs and back to the indoor gym. 

At every door that requires a pass key 10 hand release pushups.
At every landing going down 10 figure 8s with the kettlebell.
At every landing going up 5 kettlebell snatches with each hand.
At the pullup rack outside 5 pullups.
At the end of each loop in the upstairs gym 10 burpees.
