WOD 2014-01-22 Bench press work

Meet UPSTAIRS at 1610

Warm-up:
PVC warm-up
10 Air Squats
10 Sit ups
10 Superman
Row 250 Meters

Then WOD:
Bench Press 5-3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1 reps
