2014-02-03 100m Sprints

Hopefully CF Indomitable athletes did not overindulge with ETOH or carbs on Superbowl Sunday, but if you did, a WOD could cure all that.

Warmup:

PVC warmup

then partner up for the following 5 rounds (10 minutes of work)
one partner jumps rope for one minute--try for double unders or singles
on partner does the following kettlebell work--KBS first round, TGU second round, KB snatch third round, KB cleans fourth round, and goblet squats fifth round. Not heavy but quickly and perfect form.

10 rounds of: 
Sprint 100 meters
rest 90 seconds between runs
